{#209} mexican citrus

I've created a few Mexican inspired boards over the years but I have to say that this one has to be my favorite.  It's bright with its citrusy color palette and filled with bold floral accents and pretty papel picado. Who wouldn't love this wedding fiesta?

{pretty details} vintage getaways

I initially wasn't planning a theme when I was creating my post like the popular picnic week but it's quite funny how it naturally happened.
No vintage wedding is complete without a classic retro getaway. It absolutely helps set the tone for the wedding and regardless if it's a convertible or rides on two wheels it's the quickest way for you and your honey to head out to your honeymoon.  Vroom!

{pretty details} vintage cake toppers

Calling all vintage loving brides and grooms...how amazing are these vintage cake toppers? I think I'm especially obsessed with the ones with millinery bloom arches. Tres chic!

{bridal look} knotted veils

Did you spot that gorgeous knotted veil in yesterday's inspiration board?
I have to say that I'm in L-O-V-E!  How about you?

{#208} vintage lace & mint

What can I say, as much as I love colorful and creative weddings I have a not so secret soft spot for vintage inspired weddings. I love the use of heirlooms from family members to be incorporated in the wedding like wearing your mother's lace veil or topping your cake off with your grandparents' vintage topper.

{pretty details} wine barrels

No vineyard wedding is complete without old wine barrels. They add such a rustic charm to the decor. Here are some of my favorite uses for this versatile pretty.

In your ceremony, they make beautiful platforms for floral arrangements or altar decorations.
A lovely way to welcome guests...

They make unique bar stations and cocktail "tables"

A unique guestbook alternative...

{#207} blue vineyard

A vineyard has the be the my quintessential location for an outdoor wedding. Nothing compares to the stunning views, wine at your disposal and the way that it allows the wedding celebration to be both casual and elegant at the same time.
