{description}  for today's inspiration board i wanted to combine snow and sunshine. considering it's winter here in the east coast i look forward for those sunny winter days to brighten up my day. so i added bright sunny yellow to this winter blue and white wedding and added playful hints of dots and circles- as in the yellow billy buttons, confetti, silver bells and the dots on the wedding gown.

here is a halloween inspired board using muted orange and golden yellows for a sophisicated autumn look.  how beautiful would the large urn with the pumpkin look at the alter. the orange dahlia mimics a pumpkin shape without being to obvious.

for today's inspiration i wanted to create a board with warm marigold and rich chocolate brown for this autumn wedding.  i love the cropped cardigan for the bridesmaids and the fabric button boutonniere for the groom....so cozy for autumn.

{#1} country corn inspiration board

i'm so excited to share with you {postcards and pretties} first inspiration. it comes from my good friend sue, who is recently engaged and would love a late summer country wedding. i love the how the cake mimics a checkered look of gingham as used in the grooms tie and dinner napkins. the billy buttons add a pop of color to this soft and muted wedding.
