With all the engagements going on this holiday season, I wanted to create a board that would work perfectly for a rehearsal dinner or wedding. This has to be my favorite palette- a barely there blush with smokey gray. and hints of sparkle and glam.
I can't believe that this is the last inspiration board for 2011. Last year, I create a champagne & gold one but this year I wanted to go a little low key but still fun and festive. You can never go wrong with black and white. It's modern, sophisticated and is the perfect palette to ring in 2012!
{description} good morning friends...i wanted to start the winter collection boards with a light and airy one with a unexpected wintry palette of sage and silver. i love the use of ornaments in weddings for this time of year, they are a great way to use color throughout the decor. can't you just picture an intimate city hall wedding with this board?
{description} for today's board i was inspired by {brancoprata} diy tulip centerpiece. the simplicity of white tulips and the creativity of using a silver bundt pan for a vase is not only pretty but easy too. tulips are my idea of the perfect spring flower - they are effortless and sophisticated at the same time. adding wicker to the decor adds textured to create a laid-back garden wedding.
{description} sorry for the late post friends... i found a board i had created last month but totally forgot about it ...silly me...i love this board because it can be easily used for a winter or spring wedding or somewhere in between. i saw these lovely handmade invitations from brancoprata that i believe would look amazing with this wedding.... happy friday!
{description} peonies are one of the most popular wedding flowers used today. personally i think these blooms are quite pretty and feminine and paired with pewter adds glamour and sophistication to any wedding.
who says that pink can't work in a winter wedding? i love this inspiration board because it's not everyday that you see this color palette for winter. the bold fuschia is cooled down with the crisp white and shimmers with hints of silver.
for today's inspiration board i was inspired by a different kind of winter wonderland... i replaced the light blue for a icy lavender. i love the cool and refreshing look of this board with the ornament and feather centerpiece and lavender reindeer wedding cake.
