Happy Labor Day!  Well the unofficial end of summer is upon us and to be honest I'm pretty happy that autumn will soon be here.  I can't wait to bust out my boots and scarves but first let's take a minute to enjoy the last of the summer season with today's board.  I love the warmth of the rust and gray and how color has a way of preparing you for the chilly months ahead.

I love it when all it takes to create a post is ONE photo. I was browsing through Pinterest the other day and came across a chocolate chip ice cream sandwich photo and fell in love. It's sad but true!  Can anything be better than creamy ice cream sandwiched between two equally delicious cookies? There are so many ice cream/cookie combinations that it's mind boggling but have no fear I rallied up a few of my faves that you can package up in pretty glassine bags and serve to your guests at your next big event.   

Warning: The following photos will make your mouth water. There is a good chance you will abandon your work to run out and eat one of these delicious summer time treats.  Don't say I didn't warn you.

How great is the chalkboard paint on your glasses idea and since your outside who won’t love a game of croquet? Too casual for your wedding, consider this board for a rehearsal dinner or even your bridal shower.

{description} I had this board sitting on the back-burner for some time now because it took me quite a long time to find the last photo that would complete it...that amazing outdoor lounge!  I love raspberries but I'm intrigued with it's cousin the golden raspberry. It's golden-orange color paired with blush pink make for a sophisticated palette.  It's romantic, luminous and perfect for any upcoming spring/summer wedding.
