I have such a sweet anniversary shoot to share with you today.  Larissa of Larissa Nicole Photography sent over Christina + Brock's shoot is filled with vintage clocks, revamped wedding dress and lots of love. 

"When I told my husband Brock that I wanted to do a one-year anniversary photo sesh, he wasn't even a little bit surprised.  Brock knows how much I adore photos, especially after putting him through an insane number of wedding pictures AND a Day-After photo session.  Amazing man,  right?"

"I got to wear my wedding dress for the third time, which has to be some kind of record, right?!  My Grammy and Momma used pieces of lace from my gown and transformed it into a beautiful skirt. I wore the same cowboy boots that I wore on my wedding day - talk about flashbacks!"

"Our wedding one year ago was centered around the concept of "Rustic Romance," and countless hours were spent crafting the tiny details that described Brock and I so perfectly. It was certain that our one-year anniversary photo session would be no different, and I couldn't have been more blessed to find the darling Larissa to capture that rustic-vintagey feel that we wanted."

"Our session was centered around clocks, which is the modern symbol for one-year wedding anniversaries.  We visited tons and tons of antique stores to find the perfect ones.  We had a replica of our cake made by Ms. Laura's Cakes, a perfect picnic setting, flower bouquets (made by my mom and I) wrapped in twine, old books, bottles and balloons galore! "

These photos that Larissa beautifully captured will always have a special place in my heart, and I will forever remember me and Brock's first year of marriage!"

{real anniversary} kristin + jon

It's been a while since I featured a anniversary shoot on P&P.  Kristin + Jon's sweet session was sent by Laura Zastrow Photography.  The couple wanted to recreate their engagement session with a guitar serenade on the grass and later changed into their wedding clothes for some dancing.

From Laura, the photographer...I loved photographing these two again. I love how they make each other laugh, how they can be serious together, and how they are so completely enamored with each other.

{real anniversary} nellie + chad

anniversary shoots are a great way to document the couple after the wedding. nellie {aka mrs. canary} and her husband chad asked yvonne from {yvonne wong photography} to capture their one year anniversary in photos…something that the couple is planning on doing every year. how gorgeous is the dreamy lighting and the playfulness in this shoot..love it so much!!

{real anniversary} mer + tim

i love this idea from mer & tim of {sweet little photographs}. they decided to celebrate a "honeyversary" at the ace hotel and swim club in palm springs.  the couple wanted to create a similar retro vibe to their engagement shoot and they shot the whole session themselves with a tripod and wireless trigger.
