{engagement} tyne + tim

to continue with yesterday's country goodness...i wanted to feature this adorable engagement session from {heather h photography}. the images were taken in various locations in alabama. the bride was kind enough to share how tim proposed "tim asked me to marry him on feb 8, 2010 during an assembly at the private school where i teach in greensboro. tim planned the assembly with the help of my sister, (who also teaches there) the first grade teacher, michelle, and my headmaster. my headmaster called me up front and told me he was going to hand the assembly over to someone else then sat down... all of a sudden our friend luke started playing the guitar and tim came out on the stage singing "question" by rhett miller. the song is about a boy who tells a girl that he has a question to ask her and that one day she should say yes... that day was my day to say yes!! the entire elementary school and some of the high school classes watched the whole thing :) (including my 2 nephews and niece) making it even more memorable! that night we went out for a quiet engagement dinner to celebrate our future together!! it is truly a day that neither one of us will ever forget! "

congrats to tyne + tim!!!
