{friday faves} plates

happy friday everyone!
a few days ago i was browsing pottery barn website and i came across this clever idea of wrapping twine around different size platters and mounting them on the wall to display photos and note cards. well that had me thinking ....how about replacing the note cards with escort cards.  and then other ideas began to pop up like how a plate wall would also be a great alternative for a guest book or alter backdrop too. check out some more ideas below on how you can incorporate a plate wall in your wedding. which one is your fave?
1. wall display {pottery barn}
2. chalkboard plate {the rubber pumpkin}
3. plate quotes {country living}
4. plate backdrop {meg perotti}
5. plate guest book {martha stewart weddings}

  9. These photos are all gorgeous! That last photo of the couple in front of the plate wall is stunning and leave it to Pottery Barn to do something fantastic with simple white plates.

    I love it.
