Another long week has passed and there is nothing more that I'm looking forward to this weekend than to just relax...maybe with this delicious cocktail in my hand. Cheers!
2 ounces bourbon
3 ounces pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon spiced simple syrup
2 to 4 ounces ginger beer (to taste)
orange slices, for garnish
Add the bourbon, pomegranate juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with several ice cubes. Shake. Strain into a glass filled with more ice cubes. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with an orange slice. Serve.
