{description} we are heading south from the last destination board to the gorgeous coastal town of saint tropez. located in the french riviera its home to glamorous jetsetters and movie stars. the palette i chose for this board is a golden bronze that reminds me of sun kissed skin and crisp ocean blue of the mediterranean.

golden globes photos {+}

{engagement} aly + justin

i’m so honored to have leila of {leila brewster photography} on p&p today not only because she one talented lady but for allowing me to share a sweet love session of her long time friends aly + justin.  the shoot went on for two days with the first afternoon session taking place at the couple’s home,  where they played with their dog, chickens and just hung out.  

The following morning they set out to a secret spot in san clemente and took some pictures under an oak tree in a field ….

leila was kind enough to share a snippet of the email she received from aly + justin after they saw the photos… "being in nature and having it documented was an unreal experience for us, it was spiritual, therapeutic, and inspiring".  i know these photographs lack lots of details that are in most shoots, but what it lacks in details, it makes up for in nature, which is what the couple wanted to capture more than anything.”
