{description} Eek! I just realized that my last destination board was back in March ::tisk tisk:: sorry friends I'll make it up to you in June. I'm happy to share today's board with you because it came from a P&P reader, Jennifer . She asked if I could put together a board for her summer wedding in her hometown of Ocean City, MD.  She's planning my favorite, a casual outdoor wedding filled with family and friends. She said that crab was a must on the menu, so it would only be appropriate to offer the guests old bay season in cute mini mason jars as wedding favors. She initially wasn't sold on the orange when I told her but after her last email I managed to convince her.

{description} every couple wants their guests to have a blast at their wedding and for today's inspiration board we are traveling down to rio de janeiro for some carnival {carnaval if you speak portuguese} inspiration. refreshing and delicious caipirinhas, colorful masks and your own wedding parade complete with confetti are just a few details for a fun filled carnaval inspired wedding.

{description} this time of year always makes me want to drive up to vermont and visit their famous sugarhouses and watch the process of syrup making {ha! more like sampling}. it had me thinking that it could make for a great inspiration board for those winter brides looking for something different and maybe a little sweeter too ;) the rich and golden palette of warm maple and orange is balanced out with crisp white. can't you just picture some dreamy shots of the couple with a foggy backdrop thanks to the steam coming from the sugerhouses? i can...but i must admit that i love the look of thick stockings for the girls and doesn't the galvanized cake plate reminds you of the sap buckets too?

{description} we are heading south from the last destination board to the gorgeous coastal town of saint tropez. located in the french riviera its home to glamorous jetsetters and movie stars. the palette i chose for this board is a golden bronze that reminds me of sun kissed skin and crisp ocean blue of the mediterranean.

{description} destination boards are back and it's not secret that i'm in love with paris or any other romantic european city for that matter. for this inspiration board, i wanted to focus in keeping the wedding casual and elegant at the same time. a light pistachio green is used throughout the board and the color is picked up on the earthy succulents and stationary as well in the desserts.

{description} i love it when i began to create a board and it ends up totally different than i imagined. i wasn't on planning these color palette for this mississippi wedding. the flower choice for this wedding is inspired by the state's flower - magnolias.  a single large magnolia can substitute a traditional bouquet. no fuss burlap table runner with aqua mason jars centerpieces add country charm to southern wedding.

{description} for today's board i was inspired by flamenco dance. it's native to andalusia the southern region in spain. flamenco is the music of the andalusian gypsies and it's both powerful and graceful at the same time. for this wedding red roses are a must! - create roses on the reception chairs and petals to toss after the ceremony.  bridesmaid's bouquets are substituded for lace fans and if you dare...you and your honey can dance your first dance to flamenco.

{description} i finally tried lemoncello for the very first time and {wow}. this italian dessert digestif made with lemon zest, alcohol and sugar looks pretty but it packs a punch. i knew i wanted to create a board that reminded me of italy's almafi coast because that where this pretty little drink comes from. just sit back and imagine sitting in a italian cafe sipping this sweet delicious drink.

{description} happy mardi gras day... i thought today's destination board should be the oldest and famous french quarters in the beautiful city of new orleans. i didnt want this board to scream mardi gras but i wanted to use some elements ...everyone knows that purple, green and gold are the colors of mardi gras but i chose to soften them with light lavender, grassy green and touches of gold. i'm a big fan of tiny desserts so why not serve your guests warm mini beignets with different dipping sauces * and  no new orleans wedding is complete without a second line dance, where the bride and groom dance in line with umbrellas and their guests follow them waving handkerchief...so like a great party.
